Instant-Mould, are silicon rubber, custom made hearing protectors. Dependent on the ambient temperature, the process, from examination, to going away with the product is 10 to 20 minutes (depending on the queue)

What are the advantages of an Instant-Mould Hearing Protection over a laboratory made protector? Primarily they give a better degree of protection because the silicon, that is injected into the ear during the process, becomes the end product and therefore involves no copying. National statistics show that around 10/15% of earmoulds are returned for modification - with Instant-Mould there is an extremely low return because any modification and/or correction can be done at the time when they are made. We do NOT put 'filters' into Instant-Mould because we believe that the conditions in which they are used require only the BEST of hearing protection.

However, if for any reason, you do not want the effectiveness of the Instant-Mould, our alternative - Ear Flex come with a variety of different levels of attenuation (protection). These are often referred to as filters.
